Our call centre is able to provide first line technical support. Should the issue remain unresolved, our service engineers can be dispatched to perform an onsite repair.
Maintenance Contract / Extended Warranty
All products supplied by Page Automation can be covered by a monthly maintenance contract or extended warranty, customised to meet your business requirements. Equipment from other vendors or suppliers can also be placed on a maintenance contract once the equipment has been inspected and approved by our technical department.
Our maintenance contracts can include all call out fees, labour, parts, toner or a combination thereof.
Cash Repairs
Page Automation offers cash repairs on the full range of products and services provided plus on all makes and models of similar equipment. Repairs can either be done on site or at one of our service centres.
