Kyocera Document Solutions Inc., one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, announced it has been positioned as a “Visionary” in the 2015 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Print and Content Services*.
18 January 2016
The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Print and Content Services (MPS and MCS) was published for the second year and evaluates vendor capabilities in managing print and also in managing the emerging content service market.
Recently, customers’ business environments have become more diversified and globalised, and requirements for borderless streamlining of operational processes as well as quick decision making have increased. At the same time, the volume of documents handled on the business frontline has grown exponentially and the issues involved with document processing are multiplying.
In response to those business situations, Kyocera has invested heavily in methodologies, applications, and resources for its Managed Document Services (MDS) line, which includes both MPS and MCS. Since May 2014, Kyocera has also been establishing a Global Solutions Support Team with operations in North America, EMEA and Asia/Pacific, to provide timely market support and customisation in winning multinational customers.
“Our extensive consulting service and self-developed business applications enable us to better understand customers’ business environments and solve document-related issues through our total document solutions approach,” said Wayne Holborn, managing director of Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa. “We believe that being a ‘Visionary’ shows Kyocera thoroughly comprehends today’s market, and knows how to open customer eyes to the possibilities of tomorrow’s document solutions.”
Kyocera Document Solutions will continue to solve critical business challenges of operational efficiency, productivity improvement, increased security and cost savings, through a mix of reliable document imaging technology, customised business applications and personalised services.
