Sales Positions

 Requirements:

  • Proven Sales experience preferably in the Office Automation Industry
  • Young, vibrant, go-getter aged between 24 and 35 with a hunger for success.
  • A valid drivers’ license and own transport
  • Matric Certificate

Duties:

  • Cold canvassing for new customers, identifying opportunities and building relationships
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Successfully negotiating and sign off contracts with clients
  • Maintaining effective communication with all customers, colleagues and internal departments

Required Competencies & Attributes:

  • Proven sales experience in the Office Automation industry is advantageous
  • Good Personal appearance, time management and general professionalism

Field Technician – Office Automation

Main Purpose of the job:

  • Possess a working understanding of customer service & support delivery process to achieve operational long term goals/objectives.
  • Needs to showcase good communication skills with team, work closely with other departments and customers, to ensure tasks are carried out to agreed quality and time targets.
  • Performs prepping, testing and installing of mono/colour laser printers and large multifunction hardware systems, connects to a network and sets up peripheral equipment and other hardware components as well as training users on system.
  • Installs monitoring software programs/packages and utility applications, establishes email and scanning accounts and IP addresses, and carries out upgrades of firmware releases and drivers.
  • Performance-related maintenance work and repairs, responds to calls, troubleshoots and provides technical advice, solves technical problems by phone or in person on site or in the office.

Summary of Responsibilities and Key duties:

  • Must maintain effective communications with all customers, colleagues and internal departments
  • Must exhibit concern, sensitivity and goof business judgment when dealing with customers.
  • Consideration must be given to personal appearance, time management & general professionalism
  • Responsible for the timely service, repairs, and maintenance of all products/equipment in accordance with established quality processes and SLA,s
  • All installations, services and repairs, to be dealt with promptly, meet all customer SLAs (response & repair times)
  • Perform quality repairs, and keep call backs to a minimum.
  • Perform correct and frequent preventative maintenance as per SLA requirements.
  • Ensure that you escalate all in-complete calls over 2 hours to Management.
  • Follow the correct procedures when drawing and returning spares and machines.
  • Use parts sparingly – be cost conscious at all times, no wastage.
  • All call reporting, claims and administration to be accurate and submitted on a per call base daily
  • No complaints due to a poor / negative attitude or un-kept promises.
  • Must be punctual for work at all times.
  • Keep to commitments and appointments
  • Willingly work overtime when required.
  • Travel as required to support any activity within areas of responsibility.

Employee Specification/ Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate in English and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a Matric and College Degree; N+ Certification, MCSA Certification, MCSE Certification, and other additional qualifications
  • Must have 2 to 3 years relevant experience in a Mono/Colour multifunction copier industry and networking experience to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services.
  • Applicant must be able to demonstrate, evidence of key competency areas
  • Computer literate, excel/word/spreadsheets, presentations and analytical data i reporting
  • Working understanding of customer service & support delivery process
  • Experience in installation, repairs and maintenance of field/workshop services & support
  • Personal appearance, time management and general professionalism
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, adaptable and versatile
  • Own transport and valid driver’s license

Field Technician Cash Processing
